1) Only God determines what is murder and what is the taking of live. God is the giver of life and he alone can take it at His will. We cannot place our moral system on him and say that anytime to take a life is wrong. We cant do that. He decides if someone should die.
So these instances where God condmened murder shows us that there is justice by not letting wanton killing occur. But when He allows killing to take place by ordering it, it is also justice.

"I cannot see the reason, but it must be there, damnit!"
I get that all the time from Christians. Oh well.
Ah, the classic kill the victim scenario.
Then by your logic, the aborted babies are God's will, too? Hmmmmm?
Ok, what if he orders you to abort your baby?, how do you know it?. Moreover, does God come personally to tell you or you guess?. And why if other people do the same?, what ensures you that they were not told by God to do so?
... and how do we know what God's decision is? A bunch of mortals are going to make interpretations from a thousand years old error-ridden book that has been censored by other mortals way back?
Sorry, buddy. Back to square one.
This is an idiot's argument.
It's an obvious non-starter for those of us who don't believe your god exists.
The fact is that most of us are more moral than the god of the bible, especially the god of the old testament.
Excusing his actions because, well, he's god, is stupid.
If that paints a poor picture of your deity that's not our fault.
Actually no, Court of Law determines what is murder. According to your BIBLE, GOD SAYS "THOU SHALL NOT KILL". Funny how fundies claim to be literal in following the parts of the Bible that they agree with, then wiggle all over the place to avoid direct statements like this one that they don't like.
Absolute morality: Murder is wrong, wxcept when God tells you it's right.
Not so "absolute" after all, is it?
The old argument has been cropping up a little lately, hasn't it? No, your god, or at least what is done in his name, is hypocritical.
Uh...

What a way to make your version of God look like an irredeemable dick right there.
Wanton murder indeed, what the hell do you call flooding the world, wiping out entire cities, and sending random countries to invade other countries, not counting God commanding people to kill people or entire nations (not that they listened, but anyway...)?
God is a man-eater. For this reason, men are sacrificed to him. Before men were sacrificed, animals were being sacrificed, since those to whom they were sacrificed were not gods.
from the Gospel of Philip
I rarely quote the Babble for advice, but this guy needs to hear this.
"THOU SHALT NOT KILL, BIATCH!"
Confused?
