You are wrong that gay marriage is strictly religious; its not;
actually, its a matter of promoting a lifestyle that causes death that is not having us all jump up and down in glee over this decision - I use the word decision loosely since this was nothing more than a gay judge, paid off no doubt, to institute laws when its not his job to do that - it is his job to uphold laws that are already voted and on the books.

The people of California - both religious and athiests - are not going to vote on anything anymore, since their votes don't count worth a cows *** anyway - nope, they are gonna just send their blank ballots right over to the judge so he can
decide the law for all of us.

Just remember this while you smirk and rant - One day, a crazy judge is gonna decide to pass a law that is going to
directly affect YOU or your children, or even your very freedoms - then what einstein?

This whole argument about a "gay deathstyle" -- urgh -- is predicated on the spread of dangerous STDs, and conveniently ignores the history of syphilis, gonorrhea, chlamydia, et cetera, in the straight community in favor of being able to yell about teh ghey.

They've used it so often that it stops being about unsafe sex and starts being about who's sleeping with whom, such that a monogamous, committed same-sex couple become, in their minds, as prone and vulnerable to AIDS and such as any person, gay or straight, who sleeps around without regard to his or her safety or that of his or her partner.

And it's also about excluding icky gays from their little matrimonial clubhouse.

I fail to see how allowing homosexuals to marry and have the same basic freedoms as the rest of us has any effect on my life or yours whatsoever. Perhaps in your case, it's a simple matter of, "Oh, NOOO! The gays can get married! They're not outcasts anymore! I can't pick on them as freely as I used to! It's not fair! WAAA!!" Sheesh, grow up, you whiny crybaby.

Bullshit. I've yet to find even ONE argument against gay marriage that hasn't wound it's way back to religion eventually.

No one's asking you to jump up and down in glee. We're asking you to mind your own fucking business. Is that really so much to ask? And the homosexual lifestyle causes death no more than breathing does.

No, it's his job to OVERTURN laws that are unconstitutional, like, say, denying homosexuals the right to marry their loved ones, like their straight counterparts are. The law IS supposed to be blind to gender, after all.

Now, remind me, was it not the Christians that went to the judges...who are TOTALLY there to not force laws in, but uphold the ones already on record...to force creationism into Science classes? Funny how that works.
