It's quite possible that two homersexuals could raise a perfectly good kid and perhaps even a kid that was a right handed hitter... but taken as a whole, kids with a mom and a dad who are both loving and attentive are in a far better situation then kids with just one mom, one dad, or two moms and two dads.
If the FTSDT buttsuckers can't see the truth in this simple axiom, then they have their noses too far up their lovers buttcracks and need to back out for a macro view.

Cite sources please. Of course, if the source is your ass, which it usually is in these cases, keep in mind I have a court order barring the display of it. In that case, just remark that your "statistics" are made-up and you have zero evidence.
Sorry, SF, but that does NOT qualify as an axiom. It is simply an unsupported assertion. It *MIGHT* even be true, but I don't know of any studies to back this up, and you obviously don't either or you would have presented them.
Besides, I can easily show a major flaw in your reasoning (for lack of a better term) in that there are plenty of homosexuals who DO come from loving two-heterosexual-parent families; I have known several personally. But unlike you, I don't jump to conclusions and assume for a minute that THIS causes homosexuality.

Bart: Hello, is Homer there?
Moe: Homer who?
Bart: Homer... Sexual.
Moe: Wait one second, let me check. [calls] Uh, Homer Sexual? Hey, come on, come on, one of you guys has got to be Homer Sexual! [guffaws from the gang] You rotten liver pot! If I ever get a hold of you, I'll sink my teeth into your cheek and rip your face off!

"and perhaps even a kid that was a right handed hitter..."
Huh? Does that mean that lefty batters are somehow inferior? What about switch-hitters? What about designated hitters? And, of course, the overarching question in my mind is: what the heck does your blithering have to do with baseball _anyhow_?
Also, in the grand tradition of finding fault with FC posts here on FSTDT, "lovers" should have an apostrophe -- you were looking for the possessive, not the plural.
Bonus Fault: "then" used instead of "than".
"Then" tells -when- something happens, as in 'first we'll kill all the lawyers, _then_ we'll let God sort 'em out'. "Than" is a word used to _compare_ two things, as in 'guns are more effective _than_ drowning'.

axiom
n.
1) A self-evident or universally recognized truth; a maxim: “It is an economic axiom as old as the hills that goods and services can be paid for only with goods and services” (Albert Jay Nock).
2) An established rule, principle, or law.
3) A self-evident principle or one that is accepted as true without proof as the basis for argument; a postulate.
On the off chance that SmellyThumb reads these comments, maybe he can learn something.
Take a look at that thread, his comments about the FSTDT (or the FTSDT as he calls it) just came completely out of left field, not having anything to with the opening post.
Maybe he just wanted to get quoted on the site?
... but taken as a whole, kids with a mom and a dad who are both loving and attentive are in a far better situation then kids with just one mom, one dad, or two moms and two dads.
Better how? Define what you mean by "better". Show me some statistics here.
The funny thing is, you're trying to imply that we're homosexuals, yet heteros have buttseckz all the time too, so your statement is nonvalid.
"Loving and attentive" is also applied to only the Mother and Father scenario. You could have both mom and dad and neither are good parents, they could be boozers, drug users or fanatical Christians (or all three together) and be usless as guides in life.
It's not like bad parenting always leads to bad children who grow up to be non-prodoctive adults. Many people rise above their upbringing, choosing to not be like their parents. Are you like your mother or father. I'm not. We're all different y'know.
By that same logic, kids with two dads and one mom, or two moms and one dad, or three moms and two dads (etc) are in a better situation than kids with only one mom and one dad.
Polyamory for the children!
Pffftt!
It's only an axiom.
Ever watch Duck Dynasty? My wife had overtly bragging gang-mentality asshole brothers like those clowns that I had to continually work against raising my children.
Just cause you got a dad doesn't mean he's worth shit, lot of dumb fucks down south obviously.
And it's also obvious being raised in the church and infused with it's dogma aint helping anyone.
Confused?
