See, here's the thing.

The Nazi Holocaust: It's over. If Hitler were alive peddling that shit I'd hate him too. But no sense in hating the dead.

The Slave Trade: In america it's over, so it doesn't get much play. But it's very much alive and well in many countries throughout the world. Yes, I despise them.

Christians: Still trying to limit reproductive freedom (RU-438, regular birth control pills, condoms, HIV vaccines), religious freedom (the infusion of church into state, federally funded church run programs, Intelligent Design), appointing judges who do not agree with the following (free speech, due process, exclusionary rule, right to privacy, etc.). When all that goes away I'll stop being anti-christian.

I don't know all Germans nor all Christians well enough to hate them all. Generally, I've found many Germans, many Christians and many other persons to be quite nice and enjoyable company. I feel sorry for the Christians as they are severely deluded, but they are generally nice folks. Fundie Christians? well...

Christians were generally either heavily involved in, accepting of or apathetic toward most of humanities problems for the last 2000 years, despite claiming they're charitable and kind.

That is why quite a few people think your book is "weak sauce". It promises fire and lightning, when it delivers paper cuts. We deliver on our promises. People still die at the lands of Harsha.
