all the people who have schizophrenia need for a friend is God-they don't have to make someone up in the back of their head-i'm not too familar with schizophrenia, but a friend of mine has it-she said she wished for a friend, and then she "heard a voice of a woman" in the back of her head-they wish for a true friend so badly that their mind (or, rather their heart) plays tricks on them to thinking they have someone in the back of their head, because the desire was so strong-they need God, a REAL and TRUE Friend
