Yes, atheists are not christian, but that doesn't mean there are no atheists. Many other groups are not christian too.
I am not Christian but this does not make me atheist. My parents are not Christian. This does not make them Pagan. Atheists don't believe in anything. Pagans, Muslims, Jews, agnostics (the latter is exempt as they are unsure) believe in something.
I've got to stop reading this stuff. I think that I almost understand what he might be trying to say. According to Christian dogma, there is only one true God. If you do not believe in this one true God then you do not believe in God ? you must be an atheist. You see, according to this guy, believing in the wrong god is the same thing as not believing in any god.

Second: well, yes, and atheist is, by definition, non-christian, as well as non-a lot of other things. But we do exist.
