Could My Implant Be Affecting Electronics?

I have an alien implant that was in my knee.... then it must've moved before I was able to show my Mom. So, clearly, it has some sort of biological mechanism to move on its own accord..... scary stuff. Anyways, electronics frequently malfunction, and sometimes streetlights used to seem to respond to what I was thinking by turning on or off. Still, electronics often malfunction for me and not other people, and lights occasionally seem to flicker a bit. I also notice unusual things coming up in the text suggestion from my phone.... that seem to correlate with what I'm thinking rather than simply being related to what I typed in. I'm thinking these odd electronic occurrences might have to do with my alien implant. What do you think?
