I assume that the child abuse remark was directed at homosexual adoption? In which case experience from states and nations accepting gay adoption clearly refutes the statement. The children do not suffer from being adopted by same-sex parents. They're not more likely to become homosexuals themselves. They're not "terrorized" on the playground. And you know what the worst thing is? They're far better off than in an orphanage or foster home, regardless of its quality.

It astounds me that these people honestly think that having gay parents is worse than just being raised by the state. And to further this, they're willing to let said children suffer just for their own alleged morality.
