I HAVE JUST READ YOUR ARTICLE ON SPIDERMAN, BUT I HAVE NOTICED ONE THING YOU HAVE LEFT OUT. A FRIEND BROUGHT IT MY ATTENTION AFTER BUYING THE SPIDERMAN FIGURE FOR HER GRANDSON. TO EJECT THE WEB FROM HIS HAND HE POSITIONS HIS FINGERS IN AN OCCUTIC WAY, KNOWN AS THE HORNED HAND.

Well, first off, the position in which Spiderman's fingers are when he shoots is web is actually ASL for "I love you." Second, that horned hand is not occult, it's a actually a Christian-based superstition. It's not a sign of the devil, it's actually a sign to ward off the devil, but it was misinterpreted by fans of bands like Black Sabbath.
No shit. Where the hell have you been for the last 40 years of comics, countless action figures and 3 blockbuster movies?
Now go away before the little plastic man puts a hex on you.
NEWSFLASH:
CAPS LOCK IS ANNOYING AND ALMOST ALWAYS UNNECESSARY.
Seriously though, he's not making the horns, get over it.
Ronnie James Dio explained one time the symbolism behind the "devil horns" . It's itallian based symbol he learned from his christian grandmother. If the "horns" are raised up, it is meant as a sign of protection from the evil eye. If they're pointing outward with the palm down, it's reflecing or sending out the evil eye.
I thought the horned hand uses the thumb closed upon the tips of the middle and ring fingers. Spider-man's web shooting pose keeps the thumb extended away.
Likewise, since, in the comics anyway, the pose it designed to push a button, the fingers have to touch the palm, whereas, to the best of my knowledge, they generally don't do so in the horned hand symbol.
The Mano Cornuto isn't "occult", it symbolizes the Horned God.
Plus, Spidey usually has his thumb *out*, whereas the Cornuto has the thumb tucked *in*. Do some fucking research!
Curses, our secret devil-worship inducing model to childhood has been found out. Quickly, cover up batman's horns, before they find him out as well.
known as the metal horns, because it resembles a heavy metal guitarist holding a guitar pick.
this may be an urban legend, but i always thought the horns were started because that's the way ace frehley held his pick. it became "satanic" when kiss was declared "satanic".
I HAVE JUST READ YOUR POST ON SPIDERMAN, BUT I HAVE NOT ONE THING YOU LEFT OUT. TO FIND SATANISM IN A YOUNG MAN WHO RISKS HIS LIFE REGULARLY TO SAVE COMPLETE STRANGERS IN A RELENTLESS NEED TO HELP OTHERS YOU HAVE TO PUT YOUR BRAIN IN A FUNDIE WAY, KNOWN AS RAPTURE READY.
D.B., don't ever go to a University of Texas athletic event.
Actually, forget it, that won't even save you. Back in Vermont, my (former) local Single-A Short Season team once had a U. of TX pitcher. Guess what all of us good little Vermont woodchucks did, whenever said pitcher got a strikeout?
HOOK 'EM, HORNS!
And only a raving fundie would look at that and see Satan, and not a longhorn cow.
Why do they all seem to have Caps Lock, but none of them have Spell Check? It's "occuLtic," asswipe!
That's because Spider Man rocks,
I don't care if someone's said that before me, it can't be said enough.
Edit: noone's said it, ftw
Spider-Man, Spider-Man, does anything that a spider can. Spins a web, any size. Catches crooks, just like flies. Look out! Here comes the Spider-Man!
Um, no. Spiderman uses his middle finger to press a button on his hand that ejects the webbing, and all of hs other fingers are pointed outward including the thumb.
P.S. - Lay off the all-caps, please. In your case, it's like screaming to the world that you're a paranoid and poorly informed moron. We can see that already. Caps not needed.
The reason spider man is holding his hand that way when he shots web is very simple.
Spider man could never shot web by him self (Only in the movie).
Peter Parker is a Chemistry major or something like that invented the web spray thing to help him with his crime fighting.
To make shore his "web" did not shot unintentional he made it so it was activated by him doing the a specific gesture.
In other words stop being a stupid fundie you dumb shit.
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
