That is an interesting question! Has that ever happened with the TV unplugged?

It sounds like there is very possibly supernatural (demonic) thing going on. There could be any number of reasons. If could be from some curses put on your house from some angry witches/warlocks, or it could be related to some previous or current event or activity in your home. My pastor had something similar happen once. It was related to secret activities of his son. When they dealt with the issue, the problem disappeared.

Back when I pastored a church in my home, I once had an experience in which I kept seeing brightly colored blinking lights out of the corner of my eye in the area of the TV set. When I would look directly at the TV, they would not be there. I thought it was my imagination until a lady in the church mentioned that she was seeing the same thing. We went over to the TV and looked around. On top of the TV was an old Christmas card that had fallen behind a photograph that was on top. I opened the Christmas card, and it said, "May the Spirit of Christmas be with you always." We took the card outside and burned it and broke curses from it, and we went inside and prayed and commanded the "spirit of Christmas" to leave in Jesus' name. We never saw the lights again after that.
