Probably because in the case of fundies like yourself such a thing as "christian love" doesn't exist and is instead replaced by loathing and abject hatred for anyone and anything that does not tow the fundamentalist christian line or does something unforgivable like think for themselves or act in a manner that you don't approve.

The late term abortion provided by Dr Tiller were always in cases where the mothers health was in danger and would result in the death of both mother and child or the fetus had such horrible defects as to gurantee a painful death shortly after birth. So if saving a life and ending suffering is the act of a "mindless savage" The what does that make the fundie who would have them stopped? Pondscum that's what.

"Thou shalt not murder"... I guess the commandments of your supposed "god" mean nothing to you if you can get a chance to feel vicariously self righteous. There is no exception in your bible for abortion providers or anyone else you don't happen to like or disagree with, so how the fuck can you endorse the murder of any doctor who has provided an abortion to a willing patient? Abortion isn't forced on anyone so why is it that certain whacked out christians feel that they are righteous forcing murder on an unwilling person? How can you be "pro-life" when you advocate murder?
If you don't like abortion then don't fucking have one, but neither you, nor anyone else has the right to stop someone who does or the doctor performing it and you certainly don't have the right to kill either the patient or the doctor, and to advocate such is just more proof that you don't even hold to the ideals of the religion you claim to represent.
Yours isn't an issue of morality, it's an issue of power and control. You think that the religious ideals that you claim to hold give you the right to dictate what other people can or cannot do, either with their choice of profession or with their own bodies. You and your kind need to learn that america isn't governed by the priciples of Christianity uber Alles and christians don't get to pass judgement and summary execution.
