Saudi ARE (not is) looking for new allies. So what? Giving how many oil they have, the US won´t let them from their grip anyway.
Russia is taken sides with Iran, Syria and Egypt.
Again, HAS, not is. And as US pretty much control Iraq and Saudis are their close allies I don´t see what is bad with Russians also making allies in the region.
Whose left? Try Europe 300 plus million people.
EU has 500 plus million people. And Europe as a whole has population close to 1 billion.
Shift the petro dollar to the Euro . That would collapse us economically and elevate Europe.

Sorry but no. While education is terrible, economy is too big, weapons too advanced and population too massive for it to happen within this century. And as 70 percent of young people are democrats, I doubt US will have any problem keeping up with times.
