Simple: It's not her body. It's a different body inside her body.
While I'm willing to accept early abortion, mid and late-term abortion pose moral problems. Not because of religion, but because of biology. The brains start to develop and the baby can feel pain. Just because it's dependent on the mother doesn't mean it's somehow not alive.
The rape exception is only because a person cannot be responsible for the outcome of something she didn't choose. In that case the fetus is nothing more than a parasite.
