I used to be an atheist, and even then I had a problem with gay marriage. I have always had a problem with secular society, and I much preferred when these people stayed in the closet.
It is disgusting, and revolting as a poster said earlier.
Sincerely, proud bigot. (Before anyone calls me one, I can direct you to a picture of a room full of people who care. If being against something so unnatural as gay marriage makes me a bigot, then woohoo! I'm a bigot! Gonna start my bigot pride parade!)

Yes, you're a bigot. At least we're clear on that.
You're also not very smart. Good luck organizing a parade for that one.
Since nobody forced you then, and now, to have homosexual sex.................what was your point exactly, now and then?, do you have something to hide?
Just come out of the closet already! You know, the louder you yell bigoted, hateful things, the more GAY you sound. Most people that are STRAIGHT and have nothing to hide don't usually give a shit. But the self hating closeted gays are always the ones that tend to be the most bigoted.
Don't hate yourself, AaronK. Come on over to the gay side, it's going to be okay.
Ah, so you're a deeply closeted queer. Glad you cleared that up for us AaronK. Are you cute? If you are my boyfriend and I might like a toss with you, the most repressed ones are generally animals in the sack.
I call bullshit on "I used to be an atheist".
You go ahead, and have your "bigot pride parade" -- I guarantee there'll be a large crowd of people, most likely armed to the teeth, ready to fuck you morons up.

"I call bullshit on 'I used to be an atheist'."
As do I. In the words of Reggie "Infidel Guy" Finley: "Going back to believing in a god after having been an atheist is like re-believing in Santa Claus."
"I used to be an atheist ... I have always had a problem with secular society ..."
Have you also always been a liar, or is that a more recent development?
"I used to be a christian, and even then I didn't have a problem with gay marriage." That's my view. And at least he admits to being a bigot, but I'm not sure which is worse, not being able to admit to being a bigot, or knowing you're one AND being proud of it.
"I used to be an atheist, and even then I had a problem with gay marriage." Yes I totally believe that.
"Gonna start my bigot pride parade!"
Christian looooooove.
So glad you're proud that people hate you. We can still hate you.
You were never an atheist, not if you had a problem with secular society.
See the thing is, quite a few people become atheists for a period, then realize they can't take living without the crutch of an afterlife/godly saviour to support them or that they can't take the persecution from those around them (if they live in predominantly atheist intolerant areas) or are sucked back in by their own childhood indoctrination.
It's sad and hard to believe but some people manage to go back after they've been atheist. And don't go saying they aren't "real" atheists because then we'd be as guilty as the fundies of the "no true scotsman" fallacy.
I used to be an atheist
Lying sack of shit.
So a person that you've never met should hide his nature all his life because it might embarrass you? Think about it, Aaron. You do not have a comparable amount of skin in the game. That's like banning peanut butter because you do not personally like peanut butter. No decent person is proud of being a bigot.
" It is disgusting, and revolting as a poster said earlier. "
So are lots of things. How about if I find bigotry revolting? Should YOU have to keep your bigotry in the closet so that I don't have to deal with it? is that the sort of society you think we should have?
Most atheists start out religious, and then turn towards atheism.
Neither as a lukewarm Christian, nor as an agnostic, nor as an atheist, did I have any problem with gay marriage. I just looked into myself; when I was in love, I wanted to get married, and it's probably the same with gays and lesbians.
How could you have a problem with secular society as a secular person? Secular society is what the US is based on, as the Founding Fathers saw what havoc a religious government could wreck, back in the Old Country. Don't like it? Move to Saudi Arabia.
Most people find it pretty disgusting and revolting thinking about their parents having sex. But, as we exist, our parents probably had sex at least once (perhaps not if they used assisted procreation of some sort, but I'd still guess that these methods are only used after months or years of trying the "natural way").
“I used to be an atheist, and even then I had a problem with gay marriage. I have always had a problem with secular society,”
An atheist…with a problem with secular society.
Okay. Not impossible, but…why?
“and I much preferred when these people stayed in the closet.”
Okay. Do you have a rational reason for this for the rest of us to consider?
“It is disgusting, and revolting as a poster said earlier.”
YOU are disgusted. If we’re not, what reason would we have for prohibiting it?
“Sincerely, proud bigot.”
Ah. So just bigotry. Then fuck you and your argument.
“(Before anyone calls me one, I can direct you to a picture of a room full of people who care.”
Ah. Whoops. Already done.
“If being against something so unnatural as gay marriage makes me a bigot, then woohoo! I'm a bigot! Gonna start my bigot pride parade!)”
Well, if you think marriage is natural, but gay marriage is not, somehow, then you’re a stupid bigot.
Confused?
