Recently, Robert Kennedy Jr. was in Sacramento, California, to campaign against Senate Bill 227, which makes it harder for parents to opt out of vaccinations. In his remarks at an anti-vaccination movie screening, he decided to compare "vaccine-induced" autism to the Holocaust. He said, "They get the shot, that night they have a fever of a hundred and three, they go to sleep, and three months later their brain is gone," Kennedy said. "This is a holocaust, what this is doing to our country."

Anti vaxxers are narcissists who want to think they are wiser than everyone else, have secret knowledge, and love their children more and better than everyone else. And yet they risk their own children and others for the sake of fucking ignorant vanity. No non-medical exemptions!

Here's an idea, if you don't get your kid vaccinated, then evereytime they shows signs of any illness - a runny nose, any cough, etc., they qet quarantined, at the parent's expense, until they can be tested, at the parents' expense, to show they don't have something they could have been vaccinated for - measles, mumps, polio, ebola, etc. They test clean, they can come back to school, until the next symptom.
It would be fairer to burden these parents with the cost of proving their kid is safe to be around others rather than take the chance the kid has some contagious disease that could have been prevented.

How can anyone still be this misinformed? There have been multiple studies that prove otherwise and the man who was responsible for the 'MMR vax causes Autism' panic fucking admitted he falsified his results .
Unvaccinated kids compromise herd immunity, which is a threat even to kids who have had their shots. How can you be so willfully ignorant in regard to not only your own child's health, but the risk your unvaxxed kids pose to otherwise healthy children?
We're already seeing it happen. The recent measles and mumps outbreaks aren't enough of a wake-up call for you?

Not particularly fundie, but he is astoundingly stupid. Like KittyKaboom said, not vaccinating your kids compromises herd immunity and increases the risk of infection not only for the parent in question's own kids, but other parents' kids too. Refusing to vaccinate your kids is a fundamentally selfish decision based on ignorance and pseudoscientific bullshit. (Andrew Wakefield, the guy who started the whole vaccines-cause-autism scare, reached his bullshit conclusions based on a study with a sample size of fucking 12 subjects only, and then jumped the gun and claimed a causal link when his findings, already skewed by the tiny sample size, were merely correlational. There hasn't been a single study since that's reproduced his findings.)
