The last time I tuned into "liberal" CNN was about eighteen months ago when Fox briefly went off the air. ARE CHRISTIANS ACTUALLY WATCHING CNN?

God says you can only watch FOX. You can't handle CNN.
Remember, FOX claims it is fair and balanced. They even wrote it down, so it must be true!
Any other station is of the Devil and will drag you into Hell!
Why not? Fox reported that Obama was a Muslim and attended a madrassa. They did no fact checking. They just pulled the story from the extreme-right wing publication "Insight". Insight did no fact-checking, either. CNN actually visited the school and found that it wasn't a madrassa - it was just an ordinary public school with a mixture of Muslims and Christians.
"Fox News executive Bill Shine told CNN "Reliable Sources" anchor Howard Kurtz that some of the network's hosts were simply expressing their opinions and repeatedly cited Insight as the source of the allegations."
But Fox never attempted to correct the misinterpretation they fostered.
Jeez! Be careful, you might actually hear an opinion you don't already share.
Not that CNN is wonderful, you understand, just a little less stupid than FauxNews.
CNN has a news station license, meaning they actually have to have their facts straight. FOX has an entertainment license meaning they can say whatever the hell they want because they're legally not a news station.
Legal games are so much fun.
No, they're watching Fox, and that's the problem.
Hey, here's a trick I saw. Write out all the numbers from 1 to 9 and then arrange the alphabet underneath like so:
1 A J S
2 B K T
3 C L U
4 D M V
5 E N W
6 F O X
7 G P Y
8 H Q Z
9 I R
See what you get under 6? It's FOX which means it's an equivalent of [gasp] 666! Run for the hills!!!!!
What is the matter you fucking fundies that you have to pervert the word 'Liberal'. Go find another word. I refuse to be bullied into changing the noble meaning of 'liberal' to suit your stupidity and misapprehension. Check you dictionaries - oh, I forgot. You only read the bible.
But the bible says:
- The liberal soul shall be made fat; and he that watereth shall be watered also himself!
proverbs 11:25
Get to it and read it!
CNN is by no means perfect, but at least it tries to be moderate. Unlike Fox News, which actually hired Karl Rove as a consultant.
MSNBC is my preferred news source, but CNN is a very close second.

EXPLODING VANS
Yes, there are Christians who watch CNN.
There are even Christians who watch gasp MSNBC!
Not every Christian holds to your interpretation of the faith.
For what it's worth, remember that little commandment about bearing false witness against thy neighbor? Fox News has been caught lying several times, like identifying scandal-plagued Republicans as Democrats (funny how that never happens in reverse). I would submit that, by your gleeful support of Fox News, you are guilty of violating that commandment.
Christians, yes. Fundamentalists, no.
I know people who are socialists and Christians, at the same time. They listen more to Jesus than to Paul, apparently.
Liberal equals Free, ya know. By using that word in vain, you seem to be saying that you don't like freedom.

"Watch BBC instead."

"BBC, the best news channel in the world."
If there are any Ruptured Retardians here in the UK, how it must burn their buns that there's no UK arm of Faux News. But there isn't - and for good reason:
A few years ago, Sky News (owned by Rupert Murdoch's News International - as is Faux News) criticised another station's presenters. They were later fined £250,000 and forced to retract on air what they'd previously stated.
One Word: OFCOM.
Ergo, no UK Faux News. QED. Thus Sky News have to be unbiased. Forced (and legally enforceable) neutrality. Good. Imagine if there was a UK Faux News - and messrs. O'Rly, Beck, Hannity et al appeared on such: the law here would force them to be simultaneously left- and right-wing. Also they'd have to criticise their own fundie beliefs (promoting Evolution, the Big Bang etc as fact ) as well as promote such - at the same time. And Sarah Failin would have to be pro-choice as well as -anti. And pro-Obama too.
USA needs it's own OFCOM.
PROTIP: On digital Freeview TV, there's Russia Today (Channel 85, for our Brit commenters). It's the anti -Faux News (check out their regular 'Keiser Report' feature: you wouldn't believe how it's presenter rip the piss out of the right-wing in the US, via it's criticism of their financial policy!).
>:D
Confused?
