Man is manipulating the weather. It will only get worse until the Lord comes back. My guess is that the AC will be given the tools to control weather, genetics, buying and selling, ect.

It already controls everything. The commercials tell you what to buy and sell, the place depicted makes everyone want to be all "Southern California," people imitate the language, they sing the theme music...The OC. My bad.

I don't know about everyone else, but I've already got Fox, so that takes care of the "buying and selling". It would take far more power than we are currently capable of generating to change the weather in any controllable fashion, so nobody can do that yet. As for "controlling" genetics, I did that in high school biology. That's old hat.
Oh yes, do you think that if we were REALLY manipulating the wheather, there would be a draught in southern Europe like the one we´re living?. A little masochistic, isn´t it?
