I have no facts for this, other than Freemasons are known for their acceptance of all religions and ideologies. I think the one condition is, is that a Mason must believe in a higher power. They have no beef with the Catholics, Exept: The Catholic church has always been a critic of the group. The most recent message from the Pope is that Masons can't have the eucharist. Sounds like your church is the aggressor, once again.

If by Catholic Church you mean the Anglican Church, and by destroy you mean removing this church's (or any others) ability to control the new government being formed.
One can not be proud of the US Constitution and government, and be a devout Catholic, the two are opposed to one another.
I agree with this statement, except the part about the Constitution. No one should be proud of our government these days, I'm afraid, especially those telling us they've got a monopoly on morals.
