Funny. That's not what my Bible says. Mine says Eve was duped into eating an apple (from a tree your omniscient god put into the Garden) by a talking serpent (later to be made into the Devil but he was just a talking serpent at this point) which your deity so kindly allowed into the Garden knowing full well the intentions of the serpent (being that your god is omniscient and whatnot) and also knowing that Eve would fall for it (there's that damned omniscient quality again) since your god didn't think she needed "knowledge" and thought it better she be dumb as a post.
Also, since there were no "rest of your kind" at the time--what with Adam and Eve being the only humans on the planet--I don't really see your god saying anything like what you claim.
