No, because there are different degrees of conservatism, and that most people who label themselves as conservatives are reactionaries.

Micheal Medev is a crook, Lieberman is only a democrat because the GOP doesn't allow Jews in their uppercrust, I never heard of Dennis Prager, and 90% of all Jews are offended by their kinship with a neo-Nazi KKK supporter like Mike Savage. Not really, no. This continent would have numerous countries fighting bloody wars for power and supremacy. Most would be poor and miserable. Dictatorships and theocracies would be the norm.
However, Canada would be the bastion of democracy and the most progressive nation on earth.
A theocracy with a massive stockpile of weapons, especially nuclear, biological, and chemical weapons, would be a major issue in every other country in the world. (and don't hand me that shit about the Biological Weapons Convention: everyone knows your government doesn't abide by it)

As for the rest, I really dislike Joe Lieberman. Medev (?) and Prager have mildly entertaining talk shows though.
If everyone was just like me, in every possible way, nothing would be an issue today. Life would be perfect. Also really really boring.
People are different. they disagree about things, the have different perspectives. sometimes they will even disagree with you. this is how the world is. the sooner you deal with that the sooner you will be able to co-operate with other people anyway, just like the rest of us do all the time.
