By very definition, there is an ongoing genocide in America against Christianity today. Systematically the Bible has been removed from our nation's schools. Christ has been removed from Christmas, now displayed by all the corporations and government as Xmas. Recently An Arizona man was sentenced to 60-days in prison for having a Bible study in his home.[1] Another couple in California was fined $300 for having a Bible study in their living room.[2] What is going on in America?
I'll tell you. The same demonic hatred that the Turks harbor against the Christian Armenians throughout the 19th century eventually came to a boil during World War I, and over one million Armenian families were butchered (many brutally tortured for the pleasure of the Turkish solders). Women and young girls were raped and some of the prettiest kept as sex-slaves in lifetime servitude. Others were stripped naked and nailed to crosses for their Christian faith. The world is a wicked place 1st John 5:19 declares, “And we know that we are of God, and the whole world lieth in wickedness.”

So, Dog help me, I looked up those cites, and, of course, the real story a is a bit different. They were fined (the AZ guy only went to jail for refusing to pay the fine) for running a class in a residential zone without getting the required permits first. It could have been a Zumba class, the result would have been the same. There wouldn't have been any problem if they'd just got the permits.
"Women and young girls were raped and some of the prettiest kept as sex-slaves in lifetime servitude."
- and those young girls who have not known a man, keep ye for yourselves.
Oh yes, DJS clearly has no idea what genocide is.
The Bible has not been removed from schools. Children may take bibles to school, may read them in schools during non-teaching hours and may even meet to discuss the bible during non-teacher hours. What has been stopped is the school administration's enforcement of bible reading.
Yup, da boy is an idiot.
The Armenian Genocide was indeed horrible, but please explain how that affects American attitudes toward christianity - in detail, if you can.
You're comparing apples to fish tanks here, Dave.
...and do you know why Dave that the Arizona man was facing jail time. It wasn't for holding the bible study.
Here's why...
City officials claim that he’s running an operation that is reminiscent of a home church but without the required permits. And according to Fox’s Todd Starnes, Phoenix court documents show that he violated 67 codes.
As for the California couple...same reason...
Chuck and Stephanie Fromm were cited last year after authorities said they were in violation of municipal code 9-3.301, which bars “religious, fraternal or non-profit” gatherings of more than three people in residential neighborhoods without a costly permit. Stephanie held a weekly Bible study that drew about 20 people, while Chuck held a Sunday service that attracted about 50.
Indecently, the California couple was refunded their fine and the city of San Juan Capistrano changed their ordinance in regards to home based religious gatherings.
"By very definition, there is an ongoing genocide in America against Christianity today."
Before even reading the rest I'm going to say that you're using genocide incorrectly.
"Recently An Arizona man was sentenced to 60-days in prison for having a Bible study in his home.[1] Another couple in California was fined $300 for having a Bible study in their living room."
Bullshit or they were doing something really fucked up.
"Women and young girls were raped and some of the prettiest kept as sex-slaves in lifetime servitude" - Why would you of all people be opposed to that?

They've locked up the churches, shut down the religious media and FOX, herded millions of Christians into FEMA Camps, and businesses refuse to sell Christmas merchandise! All the Bibles have been confiscated. It's illegal to proselytize on the Internet, and poor, brave David Stewart is in hiding 'cause the drones are coming for him as we speak.
No longer being treated special does not genocide make.

This has to do with what now?
"Christ has been removed from Christmas"
Which is good, and about time, because it wasn't your holiday in the first place! For a religion that hates everything about pagans, you sure stole a lot of our traditions!
Happy Saturnalia!

Not only are you not describing genocide, nor being honest, you are also profiting off the genocide of a people that has actually been persecuted (Armenians), presumably in the attempt to enforce your religion's hegemony over the government.
Stay classy, Diddler J. Stupid!

Recently, David J. Childabuser was observed to be posting unsubstantiated bullshit on the Internet.
"By very definition, there is an ongoing genocide in America against Christianity today."
I fucking wish.
@ The Reptilian Jew
That made my day so very much.
1) The pastor in Arizona was jailed for violating the zoning laws; he could have held the Bible study class anywhere else.
2) The California couple were fined for hosting up to 50 people in their home without a permit; they could have held their Bible study with a smaller, but safer, number.
3) Turks held no "demonic hatred" for Armenians throughout the 19th century; the genocide came out of the extreme elements of the Young Turk movement at the end of the 19th century, whose intellectual origins lay largely in German nationalism.
4) It ill behooves DJS to complain about the violent and abusive treatment of young girls.
@Hasan The huge genocide of Armenians after WWI was by no means the only one. There was continual oppression for centuries and occasional outbursts of village burning and slaughter, similar to the Russian pogroms against the Jews. There wasn't any intellectual origin behind it, just religious fanaticism and a grab for land.
Systematically the Bible has been removed from our nation's schools.
Public schools are allowed to have Bibles and even refer to them in history, literature or comparative religion courses where appropriate. They just aren't allowed to have teachers promoting it or telling kids it's right and other religions are wrong.
Christ has been removed from Christmas
Not that I can see. You must be going to the wrong church.
displayed by all the corporations and government as Xmas
Xmas isn't used very often, except on Christmas decorations where it fits better. Anyway, "Xmas" (the X is actually the Greek letter Chi) dates back to the earliest days of Christianity.
young girls were raped and some of the prettiest kept as sex-slaves
Just the way you like it, eh Dave?
Christ has been removed from Christmas, now displayed by all the corporations and government as Xmas.

As already mentioned by John (#1741857) above, "X" (= Greek Chi, the first letter in the word "Christ"/"Christos"), often superimposed with a Rho ("r"), is one of the oldest ways of depicting the word "Christ". In ancient times almost everything was abbreviated like that. Remember "SPQR" (senatus populusque romanus) for "Rome and by proxy the "Roman Empire"?
Of COURSE his examples are bullshit.
Xtians themselves referred to it as Xmas for centuries before it suddenly became this big honking deal.
There is no 'genocide.' This guy just wants pity. It's pathetic.
"By very definition, there is an ongoing genocide in America against Christianity today."
By very definition, you are lying.
What is going on in America?
Not genocide, that's for sure. The people you mention were fined, not put to death.
Confused?
