This is what brought on the testing for AIDS To this day, "no one" has ever been brought up on charges for murder, using the AIDS virus as a deadly weapon, manslaughter or attempted murder. The only differences between shooting someone with a .45 and trying to kill someone with AIDS is the time it takes itself. Because giving someone AIDS is treated as an act of "love" and shooting someone is not, they are treated differently. Next thing you will be telling us that the homosexuals didn't even bring the AIDS virus to America.

If you could kindly cite where, when, who, and under what context this "confession" was made, that would just be super.
And yes, people have been arrested, charged, tried, and convicted of spreading AIDS knowingly (usually depraved indifference or negligent homicide, sometimes first degree murder.) Very few of them have been gay men. Mostly straight men who don't give a fuck, and want to burn as much of the world as they can before they're consumed.

The voices in your head are not a reputable source. Panic and hysteria and making bullshit up out of whole cloth are not reasonable reactions to ANYTHING.
"Bug Chasers" are one of two things: Fabricated stories about gay men who follow HIV positive straight men around trying to convince them to have sex with them after somehow becoming privy to their confidential medical information. Or gay men that have become so weary of being bombarded with the constant message that getting HIV/AIDS is inevitable for homosexuals that they start to believe it themselves and consider the possibility of just getting it over with a relief rather than a waiting game that other people twist into wild stories of the former.
