[From a comment on a thread titled "Massachusetts Court Rules Catholic School Cannot Fire Openly Gay Employee"]
Such judges as this, need to be hauled out of their homes, and beaten near to death. They literally need to be beaten for their malfeasance and stupidity.
Perhaps if a few of them woke up in an emergency room, they might develop the respect for Christianity that they currently reserve for Islam.

So the only difference between some Muslims and some Christians is that the Muslims will beat those they disagree with to death, while the Christians will only beat them "near to death."
I'm guessing that if the decision had gone the other way, you'd be cheering those same judges for their courage.

Anti-gay fundies sometimes claim there's a Gay Mafia.
"Such judges as this, need to be hauled out of their homes, and beaten near to death."
This would be the Fundie Christian Mafia in action.
Yeah, beating a judge is sure to win you some major points.
I'm sure this guy sees himself as the picture of benevolence to rival the big JC because he added that 'near to' next to death.
"I'm a good christian because I wouldn't kill anyone"
He probably thinks to himself as he pictures beating the shit out of anybody with a differing opinion than him.
"Judge follows the law, is lynched by Christians. DiogenesLamp under indictment".
Is that tomorrow's headline? While you're patting yourself on the back for being so righteous, would you spare a moment for taking responsibility for encouraging and abetting violence?
The employee was hired as a *food services supervisor* He is married to another man.
"The court rejected Fontbonne Academy’s argument that the school qualified for a religious exemption from the anti-discrimination law. *That law, Judge Douglas said, applied only to institutions that “limit membership, enrollment, admission, or participation to members of that religion,”* whereas Fontbonne, like virtually all Catholic schools, is open to non-Catholic students."
So, what you think is wrong with Massachusetts is that we don't have more people like you? Oddly, this state has standards of living comparable to the rest of the developed world (I.e. Not the U.S.), and I suspect it is precisely because not enough people like you are here to vote or to form lynch mobs.
We'll keep our non-idiot judges, thanks. It's embarrassing enough just sharing a country with the hang'em high, campaign contribution grubbing, gun- cleaning, fist-fighting jackasses that pass for jurists elsewhere.

ISIS much, Diregenes?
Care to say the same to that judge: to their face , with Massachusetts' Attorney General, and the media present...?
(*Crickets chirp *)
...thought not.

Yeah, I'd have total respect for followers of a religion who beat me to the point of needing hospitalization. I know that Americans had a ton of respect for Islam after 9/11.
Such schools as this need to be hauled out of their homes, and beaten near to death. They literally need to be beaten for their malfeasance and stupidity.
Perhaps if a few of them woke up in an emergency room, they might develop the respect for the constitution that they currently reserve for Sharia.
Confused?
