In a way, when you join a site you do agree to follow the rule of the moderator. However, if the moderator is an insane control freak with delusions of having been anointed by his god, then a little rebellion against the moderator is called for.

This refers to visiting -physical violence- against them, if you look at the context of the verse. It has jack squat to do with rebuke. Try again Brother.
