Those who follow Humanism are the ones visiting persecution on those who follow Christ, by punishing the Christians for not engaging in the carnal laws of Humanism.

You see this IS the place to discuss theology. Because our theology is what determines our behavior, yours and mine. There are over 90 verses in the New Testament that command Believers to live in the spirit, not the flesh. To die to the carnal and live in the spirit. The theology of the world says that there is no spirit, only flesh; and that worldly theology is hostile to the spiritual/Christian theology.

If someone chooses to murder another, they cannot complain that they are being economically disadvantaged because they are in prison. Their behavior put them there. Those who follow the rules of the world are prisoners of the world, hostile to Christ and those who follow Him. And now, they are trying to force Christians to accept the worldly theology of all things carnal. Those Believers who don't accept that theology are punished by losing their jobs (CEO of Mozilla; Atlanta fire chief), their businesses, their savings. THAT is being economically disadvantaged. If someone walks into a photography studio and demands that the photographer do a photo shoot of an adult orgy with young children, the 'customers' are not being economically disadvantaged by the photographers' refusal of their request.

Humanism is going to rule the world for many years - that is what He prophesied. We are in the early stages of the last persecution of Believers; it will only get worse. Those who remain faithful to Christ will not just lose their jobs, businesses, and savings. They will be imprisoned and many will lose their earthly lives. But that is no matter, as this life on earth is only a very temporary stage that determines where we will be eternally. The theology of Humanism denies that there is a spirit, or an eternity. Humanism willfully violates the laws of God and claims they do not exist. They will sadly be proven very wrong.
