That is a thought. I wonder if a lot of medical 'advancements' are the work of satan??? Does that sound stupid? I know that abortion is the work of the devil, for one, and cloning is a scary thing indeed. What you say makes complete sense though. I pray the Lord takes us soon.

Yeah, run with that idea. The Lord will take you a lot sooner.
This idiot's screen name is mama2kira! I weep for Kira (and I say this as a Christian)! With her "mother's" attitude towards medical science; I bet when she (Kira) gets sick, she isn't taken to the 'Satanic' doctor-instead, she gets prayed over! If that is the case, I really hope that someone calls the Child Protective Services! :'(
Y'know, there's a lot to be said for living in a shithole country but imagining something worse to satisfy your state of existance.
For Fundies it's living in a land of plenty, an age of prosperity and pretending it's a shithole. Many of these jerks are living out their twilight years in comfort and security and bitching about every thing that produced that life.
Cloning? Scary?
How is cloning scary? What the hell do you think regulations are for?
And what about cloning a single organ? It could save someone's life, you know. Not to mention that it's inherently better than organ donation, since you wouldn't need to take immunodepressants for life.
“That is a thought.”
Doubt it.
“I wonder if a lot of medical 'advancements' are the work of satan???”
Wait’ll you get cancer, see how you feel about the treatments, then.
“Does that sound stupid?”
No, no, you’re on Rapture Ready, nothing is an unjustifiable leap of logic.
“I know that abortion is the work of the devil, for one,”
How? Read Numbers 5, where God directs it.
And nowhere in the rest of the book does he condemn it for reasons OTHER than cuckoldry.
“and cloning is a scary thing indeed.”
Good god, why?
“What you say makes complete sense though. I pray the Lord takes us soon.”
