So by your 'rationale' and I use that term very loosely, you protect and feel pity for children that you expect are going to be molested, and you project with the most dire consequences your imagined scenario of what would happen to a child around a 'gay' because you think that this 'pitied victim' is now gross and evil?

The Kimmerlings and their pastor, Brad Brizendine of Center of Faith Church, launched a campaign opposing homosexual adoption. Republican representatives also took up the issue by proposing a bill to ban gay adoptions in Indiana. More than likely, the real reason Kimmerling waged his custodial campaign was that he wanted the girl all to himself. He was charged with molesting her and was sentenced to 40 years in prison.
Well, same story. If you think that homosexuality equates pedophilia, please, demonstrate, because it´s not that way. My cousin-in-law is social worker and she told me that one of the most common cases in which foster parents are retired the custody of the kid is because SEXUAL ABUSE. Regarding the case that almost 100% in practice, both in Ireland, UK and Spain where I live up to now, the couple who adopts is heterosexual, your thesis loses track.
Near as I can tell, the idea that homosexual == pædophile is something similar to a backronym. Pædophiles exist, they are perverts, homosexuals exist, they are perverts. I would bet that the mentality was that one form of perversion would go hand-in-hand with all of the others. As though sexual behaviour was a linear scale.
Most of the gays I know personaly are neither "gross" nor "evil", and are less likely to molest anyone,than say,,,,, your average hetrosexual.

There are gross & evil homosexuals AND gross heterosexuals, but being a homosexual does not make one gross or evil. Just because you would not choose to have gay sex, doesn't make it gross.

Some homosexuals were molested as were some heterosexuals. Molestation is not at all likely to change one;s sexual orientation.
Why don't you direct your energy against some real problem like poverty, hunger, government corruption or war? No time? Too busy ranting against gays so that no one will think you might be one?

1) Very few gay people molest kids. Statistically, your kid is safer with a gay person than a straight one.
