If there was no God, there would be no Atheists.
It's rather interesting, don't you think, that one proof of God's existence are those that deny it?

There are no unicorns, therefore everybody believes in them.
Do not confuse the idea of a thing for the thing itself.
I don't have two million dollars under my bed.

Nope, still not there. I'm afraid your reasoning is faulty.
No, because the question is rather, if there no BELIEVERS in God, there wouldn't be atheist, by opposition. That God exists or not is another topic of discussion.
If there was a God, there would be no theists.
It's rather interesting, don't you think, that one proof of God's non-existence are those that deny it?
To a Christian, ~everything~ is 'proof of God'.
And Psittacosis, there are unicorns. People not believing in them is proof!

There are an infinite number of absurd ideas which could be proven by your argument, yet are obviously false.
Let's say, since nobody believes that "Microsoft is secretly run by Steve Jobs, who is Bill Gates' evil twin", then that must be true.
To some point you're technically right in your first statement.
If no one had ever believed in a diety, then we wouldn't know of theology. Hence we wouldn't call ourselves atheists, but that doesn't change the fact that we still would be.
Other than that, MASSIVE LOGICAL FAIL!
Kids, this is a great example of why these people fight to get "both sides" of the evolution debate in schools.
Because they're dumbasses.
So because I don't believe in the Greek, Roman, Hindu, or Norse gods, that means they exist?
Thanks for clearing that up for me!
If there was no concept of God, then there would be no Atheists.
It's rather dull, don't you think, that one proof of the existence of Theism is that there are those who deny it?

I don't believe in ghosts, but some do. Therefore, by your *cough* reasoning, my lack of faith in ghosts means that ghosts are real.
Interesting, it is.
Correct, it is not.
This makes as much sense as the following:
"There are people who don't think I'm a 4-eyed demon. Therefore I'm a 4-eyed demon."
You're not very good at this thinking thing, are you? There is no God, and yet, there are atheists. Jeez, try to keep up with the class.
Your reasoning is fatally flawed, my dear.
By this logic, I could insist that pixies and leprechauns exist simply because you don't believe in them.
It's super persuasive and effective to try to use some retarded quotation you saw on a fridge magnet in intelligent discourse. It really is. But I'm afraid no one is impressed.
One of the proofs of the roundness of the Earth is that there are those who deny it. One of the proofs of the flatness of the earth is that there are those who deny it. One of the proofs I have the greatest sex appeal in the world is that there are those who deny it.
Hey, this form of proof is MUCH easier than Logic! Much more fun, too. Not the least bit accurate, but two out of three ain't bad.
Who knew, mental masturbation can be nearly as enjoyable as the real thing!
This is proof, How?
Besides everything that doesn't exist that some people (thousands for Lepracauns alone) think do is but a absolute conclusion of anything
Science was developed and refined for exactly this issue. If you have no proof you have no reason to believe.
Atheism exists because there is a belief in god, which in no way makes that god real. Because if he was demonstrably real there would be no atheists.
PS We've debunked this so-called "argument" more than once before. It's stale, try again.
Huh? I am an Atheist, but I never denied the existence of "god".
I only say that this "god" exists solely and exclusively inside the human culture. Any claim that this idea of a "god" has any resemblance in the real world is completely and utterly false. Thats the reason why religionists insist so fiercely on the strange concept of "faith".
When asked "Where is your god? I cannot see him!", religious people often reply: "You cannot see God! He is inside our hearts!". This is one of the rare occasions I totally agree with religionists. They are much more right than they think...

Even though had it's head cut off, enough brain stem and jugular vein remained to keep it's autonomic functions going for another 18 months (certainly long enough for Fruita, Colorado to enter modern US folklore!).
One wonders how Melame yAnne can even type this BS without any semblance of sentience.
Even current AI software can come up with more logical statements.
I don't believe in the Flying Spaghetti Monster, but I've seen tins of spaghetti in a supermarket.
Sorry everyone, but it seems to corroborate Melanie Anne's theory...
"It's rather interesting, don't you think, that one proof of God's existence are those that deny it?"
A quote by Rene Descartes is rather interesting, don't you think, Melame yAnne?:
'Cogito ergo sum'. I think , therefore I am .
And that's the problem for you fundies. Ergo, the Bible. It does the thinking for you.
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
