1. We are all in Favour of Human Experimentation. Human experimentation has got us to where we are in terms of science. However we do it different from Hitler who was not doing science. There is a massive difference.

Bush was a poorly educated simpleton (Hitler was a dropout and a failing artist in early life), who carried very strong prejudices and was deeply nationalist.
Bush was (like Hitler) put into power after dubious election results by a cadre of elite nobles and rich industrialists (big oil anybody?). Then, not long after his election there was the 9/11 attacks (much like the Reichstag Fire) which allowed him to quickly force through his PATRIOT Act (Enabling Act) giving him unprecedented presidential powers and creating new agencies like the Dept of Homeland Security (The Gestapo).
This event also caused the population to panic and rally behind the government for protection, leading to the marginalisation of the left (german communist party, KPD, banned). Also a fear of Muslims (Jews) developed along with the belief that they were going to infiltrate American society then destroy it from within.
Then later on this power lead to a war on false pretenses by pretending Iraq (Poland) was a threat to America (Germany). A war that has lasted longer than any other war America has ever been in.
