Christians really do not "think" the Bible was written at the hand of GOD, we 'KNOW' that it was written just as HE dictated!!!!

You do know that scare-quotes around the word KNOW makes it less certain, right?
So, that god of yours changed his mind after dictating Genesis 1? Or was Genesis 1 just the first draft and wasn't supposed to make it to the finished product? Did HE dictate to the Council of Nicaea too?
Yeah, no. Most saner Protestant denominations, Anglicans included, do not believe that. Catholics do not believe that. Orthodox, Eastern and Oriental alike, do not believe that. But then again, none but you are Real True Christians (TM).
"we 'KNOW' that it was written just as HE dictated!!!!"
Me: "I have a hunch that if we checked, we'd find that this is Karl's handwriting."
John: "Of course it is! Hank dictated it."
Me: "Dictated? I thought you said no one gets to see Hank?"
Mary: "No, not anymore. But until some time *years* ago, He *would* talk to *some* people!"
Muslims really do not "think" the Koran was written by the hand of Mohammed at GOD's urging, we "KNOW" that it was written just as ALLAH dictated!!!!
Now, Myrtle: Explain the difference. Without special pleading.
But how could he have dictated anything, what with the crippling case of non-existence he has?
Also, from one of my favorite musicals:
"Now why'd you choose such a backward time
And such a strange land?
If you'd come today,
You could have reached a whole nation.
Israel in 4 BC
Had no mass communication"
Then he dictated it in Hebrew and Aramaic, those being the primary languages at the time. If you're not reading it in those languages, you're not getting the Word of God as He intended.
I'm guessing you are one of those who the KJV was "dictated" by God as well, or do you think Jesus spoke in medieval English? Did God dictate all the modern translations, or just some of them?
we 'KNOW' that it was written just as HE dictated!!!!
God came down and told you that? Why wasn't it on the Six O'Clock News?
How come God didn't know how Judas died or who witnessed the Resurrection?
The rest of us await a coherent excuse for this mass delusion. You've had a couple of millennia to find ann excuse, so go ahead, tell us all why we should believe that mythology of yours.
