Did you ever wonder how every fingerprint in the world is an original? Your wondering if he's [God] real when he branded you.

On the contrary, wouldn't this tend to indicate the involvement of random processes?
No doubt if every fingerprint were the same, you would also claim this as evidence of divine intervention.
Wow, it's even got my name and destiny encoded in it!!

No wait... It's just a random pattern of lines designed to help me grip smooth surfaces.
Fundie's proof for God #5,114,752: the uniqueness of fingerprints.
Fundie's proof for God #5,114,753: the uniqueness of snowflakes.
This could go on for a bit..
Is this brand like the cross that's supposed to be in my DNA?
Your god presumes too much, don't you think?
My left thumbprint was altered when a cockatoo we used to own bit it when I was 16 or 17. Does this mean your god can't tell who I am now?
(BTW, for those who are wondering: there was a lot of blood and it hurt like a motherfucker.)
Unique fingerprints, in my mind, point to evolution far more than special creation. But then again, you can twist any fact into "evidence" for your magic man in the sky.
So in addition to all the sick acts he performs in the bible, now your god is branding us like cattle? Hmmm. Fundie...Herd mentality...Yep, makes sense to me.
twins, triplets have been recorded with identical fingerprints. It takes wounds to make a difference with some of them.
Some strangers are so close people have been imprisioned on that evidence

Yeah I've got scars too (although a cockatoo bite, OUCH), guess neither one of us are going to be able to open the door to heaven with the fingerprint scanner.
For those with a curious mind I found this

While you were growing inside of your mother, you touched the amniotic sac. When you touched it during weeks 6-13, the patterns of your fingerprints were changed. This is why identical twins have different fingerprints.
Not every fingerpring is unique, I guess that was what you meant with "an original".
As to original vs copy: We are all mixed copies of our mothers and fathers.
English is not your strong side, is it dear? The second sentence makes no sense, whatsoever.
Confused?
