[Replying to 'good science is that which explains the world around us, whether or not it agrees with scripture"]and you know this is true because how? why?

Well, one of the good sciences that contradict the Bible is the one that allows things to orbit the earth. Obviously, an artificial satellite couldn't orbit the earth if it was flat (like what the Bible says). This would make any satellite-based communication impossible. However, humans have launched thousands of satellites. Therefore, the Bible is wrong.
If something can be used to achieve tangible results, one can be convinced to within a reasonable margin of error that the process used to achieve said results reflects objective reality. The theory of evolution has been used to achieve tangible results in a variety of fields, including medicine and agriculture. We can assume to within a reasonable margin of error that ToE reflects objective reality, despite the fact that it is not described in the bible. Creationism, although ostensibly adapted form the bible, yields no tangible results, and thus can be rejected.
If that's too much, then let me dumb it down for you: Science, it works!
"and you know this is true because how? why?"
Because, unlike for your religious sky-pixie, we have EVIDENCE!
Um, you could pray to be heard by 20,000 people in 10,000 locatins at the same tme or you could run a podcast. Science wins the point.
When the Bible was written, the fastest way to travel was the chariot, and had been for centuries. Jet travel, space travel, bullet trains, all the product of science. Point to Science.
Scripture says brown goats looking at striped sticks while mating make striped kids. Gregor Mendel poops on that one, point to science.
Scripture says nothing is alive unless it breaths through nostrils. If you go bay that, trees aren’t life, nore are the preborn.
Confused?
