Equal numbers of men and women occurs around age 27, but that's not all that important. 27 is a terrible age for women to get married. Women rapidly lose fertility after about age 30, while men still have a decade more of youth before a very gradual decline. A few years down the road, a similar-age husband finds he's saddled with a sterile wife just as he's reaching his prime.

Ideally, unmarried men of all ages should take mid- to late-teens virgins off the hands of their fathers. Today's sex marketplace is overloaded with "hot" 30- to 50-somethings who are gynecologically and psychologically scarred, diseased, and polluted, with a couple of niglets and several ex-boyfriends hovering about. And men are expected to compete for such leavings.

The breakdown of the family caused virtually all the problems we associate with modern socio-sexual dysfunction.

The only real solution is for men to take back the land, to have a home and farm and ranch on the land. That way, they'll be not just suitable husband material when they're ready to take a wife, but they'll actually be the catches that women compete for.

Society must never get back to where some jew-like son of a pawn-shop operator or a negro thug is considered to be superior hookup material because he's dumb as a doorknob, loud, crude, vulgar, rootless, and flashes a wad of one-dollar bills wrapped in a hundred.
