If you don't see sex as something enjoyable without there needing to be more to it, then go for it. Just don't lie and stick your nose in other people's affairs, because hardly everyone sees things like you do, nor should they. I like my sex recreational, and nothing you say will make me change that.

I was sort of looking for a rape apologist post today. A 73 year old woman was raped this Sunday, outside, in below freezing temperature, by a man in his twenties.

Should spouses of infertile people be able to divorce them? But then, that would go against their wedding vows of for better for worse. So I guess the only alternative is for neither of them to have sex ever again.

For the same reason that it's easy to develop a food addiction, for the same reason there are certain universal concepts of what's attractive and what's not: Survival. Sex feels good so that people will be sure to have babies. There once was a time when pre-historic humans had no idea that sex led to babies. Their only motivation for having sex was that it felt good.
But just because we now know what sex is for, doesn't mean we should stop doing it for fun.

No, not even if you count booze as a drug. Statistics show it's mainly a control issue so it's often a family member or someone in a position of power (church, teacher, coach) that's coersive rape.
Capture rape makes up a small percentage but it's serial, like in drug induced date rape drugs. Many victims from one perpetrator, which again though includes church, teacher, coach so the numbers are higher by coersive force.
