Ah, the hoodless Klansman's gambit: on being confronted with own bigotry, say "it's only humor; can't you take a joke?" You could get away with this in 1965, but not in 2015 (a few knuckle-dragging Trumpniks permitting). Even in Oshkosh, we have higher standards now. And what I said was less about how people talk and more about judging people by crude, faulty, exterior criteria.
I'm not yet decided whether you're a troll, a bigot or just very poorly educated, so, on the chance that you'll read this, I'll set a few things out:
1) If you don't know anything about Judaism, it doesn't qualify you to make pronouncements about it. Owning a copy of the Bible (with or without the New Testament) does not make you qualified.
2) Judaism admits of a diversity of opinions and has done so for at least 2,500 years. The Talmud and the subsequent commentaries and rulings are a record of how Jews have worked out their religion through their mutual disagreements.
3) Unlike Christianity and Islam, in Judaism there is no compulsion "you must believe x or you're not a Christian/Muslim and you'll go to hell." Indeed, even the existence of an afterlife is a subject on which Judaism has no single view.
4) The prophets are meant to be illuminating stories and, um, prophecies - they're not commandments.
5) Many of the commandments in the Torah are no longer possible after the destruction of the Temple and the end of Jewish theocracy. Between 1,000 and 1,800 years ago, this prompted the rabbis to, in effect, abolish slavery and the death penalty - somewhat before the West.
6) Judaism has been a very active religion since then; rules have long provided interpretations or set aside many of the most egregious rules in the Bible, including all the ones you mention.
7) I'm not sure I recall where the commandment to "persecute goyim non-Jews" can be found; besides, it conflicts with the command The foreigner residing among you must be treated as your native-born. Love them as yourself, for you were foreigners in Egypt. (Leviticus 19:34). By the way, this commandment is so important, that it is repeated in Deuteronomy 10:19, Exodus 22:20 and Exodus 23:9.
8) Unless you're talking in Yiddish, using the word "goyim" marks the speaker or writer out as a bit of a bigot. If you're not one, or if you are but are not keen for others to know about it, don't use it.
9) Jews are indeed an ethnic group - Sigmund Freud, Emma Goldman, and Jacques Derrida were all proud Jewish atheists.
