Humanists are vainly trying to suppress recent archaeological finds. The evidence in support of a relatively young earth is piling up against them. It is unfortunate too. It saddens me to see people refuse to believe whats right in front of them.

The evidence is "building up"? All your evidence is in the bible, and that's not been updated for hundreds of years.
What does humanism have to do with archeology?
Humanism is evil too now?
Humanism is primarily a philosophy that focuses on human nature and building morality around human values. Humanism is about seeing the worth in your fellow human beings.
I cannot imagine what sort of archaeological finds would overturn this. What, do these archaeological finds someone show that human beings or human values are fundamentally all worthless? Isn't the very practice of archaeology something that humanists should support? It's about learning more about human beings. It's about valuing those fellow human beings that came before us.
And what on earth does archaeology have to do with a young earth? Newsflash: the earth existed long before people did.
And even if all this did show a young earth . . . how would this affect humanism? How does this devalue human beings?
