*shrug* I call any religious wacko a wacko, regardless of which religion they're a member of. I've seen plenty of christian wackos, just as I've seen plenty of muslim wackos, buddhist wackos, hindu wackos, pagan wackos, satanist wackos (laveyan. Still haven't met a satan-worshipper.), new age wackos, wiccan wackos... members of pretty much every religion I've met members of, really.

Yeah, because NO ONE ever talks about MUSLIMS having whacked-out beliefs. NO ONE. (To be fair, Shaloma's profile indicates that she's Canadian, and I don't know what treatment Muslims receive there. But in the U.S. at least, and my impression is that in parts of Europe, Muslims do come under ridicule, especially from the more conservative side of the population.)

Of course you don't hear people label muslims as wackos, simply because you don't want to. Christians call muslims wackos, and even worse, not to mention christians labeling any religion other than their own in much worse terms than wacko.
What in the hell are you talking about? Conservative christians and others label Muslims as nutjobs all the fucking time. The sad part is, most Muslims are more sensible than most christians. I'm not defending all Muslims, just like I won't put down all christians, that's just my opinion. But the plain fact is, you guys, Jews, and many others don't shut up about how evil ALL Muslims are.
