Seriously, put your savior's birth back where your church agrees it WAS and leave Santa alone. While you are at it, the fertility goddess would like to have a word with you about "birth" and "rebirth". That is all.

1. Satan, like Santa and the Easter bunny, are fictional characters: they do not exist.
2. Your entire religion is based on fictional characters.

Easter is the fertility festival of the goddess Eostre. Where do you think the bloody name came from? Rabbits (bunnies) have a reputation for fertility, hence the association. You guys hi-jacked it in the first place.
Santa Claus, or Saint Niklaus was good enough to be canonized by the church and made a saint for his work with the children and the poor - Yes of course, most un-christian. Whatever happened to the mass murder and blood-sacrifices?

Santa Claus aka Saint Nikolas is a canonized Christian saint. You could say that corporations are using Santa Claus as a tool to make Christmas the most commercial and materialistic holiday ever conceived and you'd be right. But you're not. You said Satan, as though you know what Satan plans and you are privy to his thoughts.
Santa Clause was stolen from "Old man winter" by the Christians.
The reason why there's an easter bunny is because in the old pagan traditions, rabbits were a symbol for rebirth in spring time that was too stolen by the christians.
How is the Santa Clause getting rid of Christmas? It's all there in the (REALLY) fine print: you put on the suit, you become the big guy.
Besides, they need to pay the Rose Suchak Ladder Company somehow, so that line can continue to make no sense to little kids.

Actually, Santa Claus could hypothetically be God, the elves as angels, and Rudolph as Judas Iscariot... yeah, even though my half-joking comparision broke down, don't be a party pooper. Santa being an anagram for Satan is a coincidence.
