Oh my - apart from the fact he'd been dead for 100 years by the time boards got around to deciding to educate Americans about the facts of life.
Yeah, that Einstein needs his work updated too. Special Relativity is, what, 80 or so years old now? Better take that confusing, old shit out of the textbooks and write in its place "In God We Trust"
Okay, that was pretty witty for a Fundie.
And, realistically, a lot of textbooks do need to be updated because (in one sense) it's true that we do not depend on "Darwin ideas" any more.
Of course, I mean that modern sciences have moved well past Darwin's basic idea. Not that we do not accept evolution.

Sure, lots of school books need revising and renewing, and other books too. When was the last time someone revised the Bible? Oh yeah, 381 AD. Sure, some revision was done with the Protestant Bible, somewhere after 1517.
Darwin's ideas were the foundation for evolutionary science, sure. But the scientists have since built a whole house on those foundations. The foundation is still there, but it's just a small part of the whole Theory of Evolution of today.
