Why did God have babies murdered? Well, I'm not sure what this is in reference to. I know of the firstborns in Egypt being killed (not murdered, though), and this was a specific curse for the Pharaoh.

Avoid questions like these, you mean. Make up some bullshit on the spot or study your leaders nonsense answers to such questions and/or (the most used ) use a totally unrelated quote from elsewhere in the Bible that still answers nothing
Because the Devil, my father, groomed me to twist words in some shadowy Christian forum in the bowels of the internet doesn't mean you can't trust me.

Killing the firstborns isn't murder, but abortion is? We don't need to twist fundies' words, they do a great job of it all by themselves.
