It is becomming very plain to me, he's doing everything in his power to bring the WRATH OF GOD down on this country. I don't think we will be here much longer (the Church) and also this country. IMHO probably the final straw will be when obama turns his back on Israel and lets the world know that he will not support them. When we see this happen, we as the Church need to expect him to turn against us too, but DON'T WORRY, JESUS WILL BE HERE TO TAKE US HOME SOON.

If these people would ever just once turn on the real news (not Fox, whose main story this week is that Obama still hasn't gone to church since he's been in DC), and actually inform themselves about Obama's viewpoints on Israel or anything else, they might be able to calm down and realize the sky isn't falling.

Between 9/11, Iraq, Katrina, Depression Jr. and Rush Limbaugh's continued existence, one could make a good case for divine wrath being poured out on Bush's America. Thus far, Yahweh seems to like Obama a lot better.
How come God never brings His wrath down on countries like Zimbabwe or Somalia, where the leaders have killed people by the hundreds of thousands? These people think God has nothing better to do but waste His time worrying about abortion and gay marriage. Why doesn't He vent His wrath on children starving or dying of cancer or getting buried by earthquakes? And why should His wrath be brought down on the whole country for what its leaders do? Is He nearsighted? If He doesn't like Obama, all He has to do is pop a little hole in his aorta - a lot easier (and fairer) than doing stuff like destroying the homes of a whole bunch of good, God-fearing Christians with a hurricane just to "punish" the gays in New Orleans.

Particularly if it means calling them out when they invariably make up new ones. Referring specifically to Obama and Israel here, since that requires a specific timeline (namely during his presidency).
Obama is not the president of Israel. He is the president of the United States. His job description does not include 'supporting Israel'. Israel is a separate country with its own parliament and its own president and its own military and its own nukes. Israel can stand up for itself.

The reason these tards support Israel uber alles is because without the existence of Israel, Jesus can't come back and smite the Jews. Which results in this paradoxical situation of fundie Christians mindlessly backing any atrocity Israel feels like committing, while at the same time hating Jews and wanting them all to die. By this scenario, the two aren't as contradictory as it seems at first glance.
