There should be a survival handbook for abductees/contactees. Could your urge to paint Grays be planted as part of a disclosure agenda? If you have any that are complete we'd like to see them. I recommend you read Jim Sparks' book The Keepers. He wrote about how the Grays abducted him throughout his life. He's been a guest on Coast to Coast AM.
