I just hope they don't deploy the national guard to seal off escape from the city. I heard that actually happened during Katrina.

I remember when Katrina wrecked Louisiana and Geoge W Bush decided to send most the aid money to churchs, instead of FEMA, the trained and proven distastor response organization. The result? The money has never been seen since and certainly has never been put toward public assistance.

In this case, Mexico is better at free speech than the U.S. You can say anything you want as long as you don't take it against people to discriminate against them (also, discrimination is downright illegal since the very beggining: it's article 1 in the Mexican constitution).
