So as a result of the Charleston murders, two dangers have been increased, with the willing connivance of the media in both cases. The first danger is to the persons of nonblack citizens. This is the danger that blacks, inflamed by the incident, will seek random revenge against nonblacks.
The second danger is to our liberties: the danger that Obama and his Justice Department will try to leverage the Charleston shootings to further erode our Second Amendment rights.
How should we respond to these two dangers? One: If you have guns, keep them as close by you as laws, and your carry status, allow. Two: If you are an NRA member and have been meaning for months to send them a donation check, send it now.

If, after Sandy Hook, when most of the country was in favor of some type of control, our sterling representatives in DC did nothing, despite what the majority wanted, I don't see anything at all happening, 2d Amendment wise. Sadly.

The only federal law dealing with guns enacted since President Obama's inauguration expanded the "right" to carry guns but he is still hammering away with the talking point, beginning the second Obama was elected, that "you won't be able to buy a gun this time next year". Not only that; President Obama has not called for taking guns away from law abiding gun owners and the GOoPers who control Congress have sworn to block any discussion, much less legislation, that would make it harder for criminals and psychopaths to legally acquire guns.

That's not going to happen. If the government couldn't find it within themselves to enact stricter gun laws after a guy shot a bunch of kids in a school, they're not going to do it after 9 people get shot in a church. I'll just sit back and wait for the next mass shooting to see the paranoid gun nuts whine about how this time they're really going to come for our guns, and Fox News will be explaining that the real issue is medication, and not the fact that this country is flooded with firearms.

First danger hasn't happened. In fact many church members have said to Dylann Roof they forgive him.
The second danger isn't happening either since Obama on his own can't do anymore for gun control by executive order than he already has done.
