I think Algore Lib Nutcase should be FSTDT's mascot. Whenever we need to be pepped up against the fundies, we just have to roll him out and have him do a couple stunts around the comments board, and then we'll all be up and ready to go again.

Just a thought but "Algore lib nutcase" sounds a lot like Mr.Coulter. He has been absent from trolling other websites today and while this guy has a different style he is using some of the language that Coulter is known for. He has also been known to troll here in the past.

After trying several times to engage fundies in debate and intellectual discourse I realized that it was an exercise in futility. You can put together an elegant, well-thought-out argument or do extensive research into a particular topic but if the fundie doesn't want to hear it, the response will be something along the lines of, "HAHAHAHAHA, you actually believe that??"
Nope, I made no such assumption whatsoever. But you've just demonstrated what a fool you are, since you actually seem to think there are NO Atheists who post on this website, even though the site is replete with post after post by poor deluded souls who insist they ARE Atheists.

We consider that debate but you considerer it an attack on your religion and dismiss it as wrong only because of your religion.
Unless by this he's refering to the sarcasm, insults or Bible parody fiction we do (Guilty)then, you got us. We can be smart-asses pretty regular, I am an Arrogant Atheist myself at times, but that arrogance was born from shooting too many fish in the barrel.
Y'know, I'm starting to think that this site needs to have some sort of disclaimer or statement of purpose up on the front page laying out in no uncertain terms what the whole purpose for the front end of this site is, and pointing out (perhaps with a link) that there is an actual forum to go to if you want to attempt a debate or ask questions etc.
