Please do not ask of me what you do not ask of the atheist. edit - I am exempt from the normal honest rules of evidence and the burden of evidence as I lack belief - I lack a belief in atheism.

You joking me motherfucker? The scientific community has always been the one shouldering the burden of proof, as without consistent results other scientists don't believe it either. Explaining it to the goddidit crew requires several times as much effort and a half dozen flowcharts made to appeal to a first grader.
Earth revolves around the sun? We got put to the test.
Lightning is an atmospheric event instead of a divine show of force? Had to prove that too, in life threatening fashion.
Disease is spread by microscopic virii and bacterium rather that ornery witches or God's sniper rifle of retribution? We had to show you the fucking pitri dishes and we're still having trouble in modern times telling some morons how fucking AIDS actually works and that it isn't cured by having sex with multiple virgins.
Evolution? No matter how severely we dumb it down, how tangible the fossil evidence, how thoroughly we chart the adaptation of species over generations, how many new genus emerge, how devastatingly hard your "6 days and God called it good" model is proven to be utter horseshit you will literally invent new ways to be stupid to avoid acknowledging even the simplest facts and will wildly reinterpret what is being exhaustively explained to you to Croco-duckshit lunacy.
No fucknuts, you pick up this goddamned burden for ONCE and hold it long enough to prove something. Beating you dipshits over the heads with increasingly heavy info for steadily diminishing reception and achievements has made our arms and backs very sore.
Atheism has nothing to believe in, it is an unbelief in gods. So, as an agnostic atheist, I also lack a "belief in" atheism.
Now for your burden of evidence, if you make a positive claim, you hold that burden whether you like it or not.
You don't believe in not believing. Yet non-believers can't show show you a nonexistent Bible God. Even believers can't show you that. You can only have faith in odd beliefs. Yet I, a non-believer, actually do believe that you are funny - and kind of desperate.
When all's said and done, as you so ably demonstrate, Bible God could be said to exist only as an idea of a kind of celestial mirth maker. If only the chuckle factor weren't so horribly twisted by His psychotic followers so as to become insane fantasy delusions.
This is a glib, facile attempt to take the weak atheism position -- "I don't believe in God, so I have nothing to prove" and reverse it. The difference, of course, is that atheists and atheism patently exist.
I hate to disappoint you, but I'm an atheist, and I exist.
Nobody is exempt from the requirements of evidence and the burden of proof.
'Belief'. You cannot spell that without the word Lie .
'Belief' is bullshit anyway. Facts are the only things that matter here on Planet Reality.
Besides, 1 Thessalonians 5:21 (KJV) not only puts the Burden of Proof on you in perpetuity (Planet Reality already proves otherwise, and in all things. Thus the Burden of Proof is removed from us in perpetuity). Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence . And your own Scripture - 1 Thessalonians 5:21 (KJV) forces you to prove everything you 'claim', and to our satisfaction; as that titbit of Scripture says: Prove all things'.
Oh, and one more thing: 'Cogito Ergo Sum' [/Descartes]. I think , therefore I am . I exist - and therefore am an Atheist - precisely because I think.
Because I think , I exist. Thus the Bible for the likes of you, ferengi: it does the thinking for you.
...one more thing: 'ferengi'? To borrow from their Rules of Acquisition: 'Faith' - i.e. 'Belief ' - and the sack is worth the sack.
At least in "Star Trek", Gold-pressed Latinum exists .
I lack a belief in atheism.
Okay. I mean, you can't read someone's mind and verify whether or not they actually disbelieve in God. You can't verify that people actually believe in God either. Unfortunately it's one of those things where you have to trust that the person dis/believes what s/he says s/he dis/believes. But I'm not sure how denying that every atheist is being genuine in their disbelief gets you anywhere. It doesn't make us go away and ultimately whether or not you believe that non-belief actually exists it's still an opinion that can be discussed.
"I am exempt from the normal honest rules of evidence and the burden of evidence as I lack belief - I lack a belief in atheism."
delusion:
1. a mistaken or misleading opinion, idea, belief, etc: he has delusions of grandeur
2. psychiatry illusion See also hallucination a belief held in the face of evidence to the contrary, that is resistant to all reason
I lack a belief in your lack of belief in atheism.
But you probably lack a belief in my lack of belief in your lack of belief in atheism, so it's a moot point.
Confused?
