I heard this on the John Hagee show this morning.
They were selling the video: Escape from hell.
What I heard was the comeback to the question: How can a good and loving God send someone to hell?
The answer: How can someone reject the love of GOD?
Makes you think.

Because, if you actually read the Bible, God is kind of a dick. His 'love' ends up in, among other things, letting Satan make your life a living HELL to settle a bet.
I'd reject the 'love' of someone who sent people to hell. But, you know, I just kind of dislike psycho, blood-thirsty, assholes.
No I can't say it does.
By the way those questions can be easily reversed. And they will make a lot more sense if you do reverse them.
Q: How can someone reject the love of GOD?
A: How can a good and loving God send someone to hell?
See in this order it sounds much better and makes much more sense, just as I said it would.
Here's another post from the same thread:
"Whoever is sent to hell will be receiving due justice. God is never wrong... We just don't have the capacity to see as He sees. Many (many many many) will spend eternity in hell, and God will waste precious little time sending them to where they belong. I have this picture in my mind of judgment day where all those destined for hell will simultaneously but individually (possible with God) and instantaneously get a review of their entire lives, then receive judgment and be cast away out of the presence of God forever. It'll all happen in the blink of an eye, so go my thoughts regarding that event to come."
It's almost like fundies sing songs like this: "many, many, many are going to hell, but not me!"
Idiots.
You know, I was just reading this quote and i heard shouting outside. So I looked out the window and there was a guy in a suit with an amplifier and a microphone, evangelising on the corner of my street. It must be a sign. That there are far too many fundies in the world.
Um, who is being made to think? Certainly not me, or anyone else who doesn't believe in your god or your hell.
So, what is your point, again?
Wel, Cindy, there comes a time in your life when narrowed-down answers to life's questions just aren't good enough for human beings.
This happens around the time you pick up your first books, which are full of wonderful alternatives to this narrow vision of life.
Most people are usually around the age of 10 at this time, so you'd better hurry!
How can a good and loving God send someone to hell?
The answer: How can someone reject the love of GOD?
How is that an answer? It says "You do something even worse; therefore, I'm not going to answer you because you're unqualified to ask the question".
The only thing it makes me think is "What sort of idiot is satisfied with that answer?"
I mean, that's the dodgiest dodge I've ever seen.
Hun, if you deny my love, I'll just make you disappear into the basement, where you'll be tortured forever! No hard feelings tho, nothing personal, and of course, it's unconditional love.
See, fundies, see how devoid of any sense of logical morality your god is?
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
