[Show me what law the judges made. Post the exact wording of the law that was created when the judges made their decision.
You can't? Color me surprised.]
Geez, if you can't figure out *how* they created law, then there is no
hope for you at all. Of course with you DemonCraps, that's the only
way you can get some of your socialist agenda shoved down the throat
of America. You could *never* get some of your legislation passed so
you have to load the Courts with you faggot loving, NAMBLA members.
The phrase...
"does not constitute a legitimate basis upon which to deny or
withhold legal rights."
.... is legislation from the bench.
The law was M-F, not M-M or F-F. What's next? M-? or F-? or M-M-F-? or
M-f" or F-f? or M-m?
They had no 'legal right' until the Judges said so. That's legislating
from the bench.

No slippery slopes, we're only talking about homosexual marriage here, and bestiality and polyamory isn't even related to that.
Though once computers become sentient....
So wait...what?
All I heard was "ad hominem, ad hominem, ad hominem" and then something about it being an abuse of authority, somehow, to say that something has no "legitimate basis upon which to deny or withhold legal rights", immediately followed by an incomprehensible slippery slope.
Laws change. Judges can do that. Deal.
Oh I see...when conservative judges make bizarre, unpredictable rulings, it's "strict constructionism", but when liberal judges try to expand the scope of the law, it's "judicial activism". You have no idea what you are talking about, so STFU.
"What's next? M-? or F-?"
Alright, queer bashing is one thing, but i'm not going to sit around and let this guy mock my right to marry whatever punctuation mark I want. I'm human, alright? I have needs. Sometimes those needs involve a commited relationship with a loving apostrophe, or maybe a sexual tryst with a couple of naughty commas. I don't need to fucking justify myself to you people. You're probably just a repressed hyphen lover anyways. Why don't you just stop lying to yourself, bend over, and take it up the semicolon?
Well I have no issue with M-M-F or F-F-M or even FMMFMFMFMFMFMFMFMFMFMFFFFM, but I have seen some well thought out arguments against polygamy and polyamory.
But what's with the "?"? Is this supposed to replace dogs/children/plants? Once again marriage is a contract and blah... blah... blah... getting tired of writing out the same arguments over and over again

Ah, another southpark fan, Cartman would be pleased.
NO!
You are completely unaware of the law that was and actually still is standing. Marriage had not been definied as M-F (as you like to put it) but between 2 people. That can easily be interpretted as between 2 males, a male and a female, or between 2 females. While I'm entirely certain that those who wrote this law would regret not being more specific, well, they're long dead now and a more progressive society is taking over anyway.
It took me a little while to get what M and F are supposed to be. I'm wondering what a little girl with a quotation mark is, though. Mentally challenged?
{Also, Septic Sceptic...I've been holding it inside as long as I can, but I just can't stop myself anymore.
I love you. ~<3 You are the awesome beneath my wings.)

Nonsense. You have the right to do anything unless there's a law against it. Judges merely interpret the law. Incidentally, if an "activist" judge is one who goes against the will of the people and votes to strike down a law passed by the peoples' elected legislators, then the #1 activist judge is most extreme right-wing justice, Clarence Thomas. Apparently "activist judge" is just a code word for "a judge who disagrees with ME".
"Demon Craps" sounds like the name of a Magic: The Gathering card to me!
"Demon Craps"
Instant, XBB
Put X diarrhea counters on target Demon.
Target Demon becomes tapped.
Remove a diarrhea counter from Demon during its controller's upkeep. Demon untaps when there are no more diarrhea counters on it.

... it's called refereeing. it's what they do, that's why they're judges. you have difficulty with this system of government don't you?
Confused?
