Males and females among humans have a varying number of ribs. Sometimes a woman has more than a man, but it’s not consistent.

To get a theory rejected, you need to find something that the theory cannot explain, in the field the theory operates in. You’d have to prove that women have one more rib than men, consistently, and then task all biologists to try to explain that fact. If no one can ever even jimmy up an idea, but someone comes up with a better scientific theory that does, then THAT idea might gain traction.
But ‘Hey that matches my storybook’ isn’t disproving anything. All the ‘just so’ stories in human history match conditions in reality, but doesn’t make them true.
