The amount of "amen, brother randy"'s in that thread is disturbing. Though reading the first post, it's good to see a devout christian trying to promote a more tolerant, understanding and "christian" interpretation of t'bible. At least they're not all stuck up, prejudiced wankers. praise be to jebus.

Okay... um, I think that thread has proven that Randy clearly gets his jollies from keeping people mentally imprisoned (such as his wife) and those poor, poor kids. Wow.
Every time I see one of these threads that is followed by a series of "Amen, Bro. Randy" replies, I am reminded of that scene in The Mummy where the people are following the priest Imhotep, mindlessly chanting his name...
And, of course, logic and accountability for your actions don´t count either. It´s all what the leaders say, which debunks, clearly, the notion of free will.

Well, it's very telling of T4C that the vast majority of replies on posts made by Bro. Randy or threads that Randy chimes in on is a simple "Amen, bro. Randy!" All he allows or encourages is simple cheerleading agreement with him, not thoughtful commentary on what he just said.

With each "Amen Bro.Randy" I died a little inside.

maybe... if you think about it... the st paul dude does make some good points, some good <i>logical</i> points, that i don't think he would want to expose those kids to. plus, i don't think he's smart enough to write like that. then again, that post is still there, and is still intact. normally posts like that are deleted.
